Our services

We provide high quality advocacy services to people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, older people, people with physical and sensory impairment, and carers.

We provide advocacy support to people in local communities, supported living, hospitals, secure mental health units and residential homes.

Advocacy is all about helping people to control their own lives.

We support people to:

  • make their own decisions
  • have their voices heard and rights respected
  • achieve their own goals
  • express their views
  • represent themselves and get the help they need.

We also support self-advocacy groups to be involved in shaping health & social care.

We believe in involving people who access health and social care services, and professionals learning from people who use services.

We provide a range of training in advocacy skills and knowledge. We are a registered City and Guilds Centre for delivering a range of health and social care qualifications including the Independent Advocacy qualifications.

We are experienced partners in consultation and research with people who access health and social care services.
