Level 2 Award in Independent Advocacy
This qualification is suitable for people who are already working in an independent advocacy role or who want to learn more about what it involves. This might include volunteers with an advocacy organisation, peer advocates, support workers or family carers for example.
This qualification is made up of one mandatory unit (unit 201) which assesses the learner’s knowledge of the purpose and role of the independent advocate.
Learners must complete one assignment, set by City and Guilds.
