Recruitment & volunteering
On these pages you can find information about our "Current Vacancies" and "Volunteering Opportunities".
The Mindful Employer charter shows that we are committed to providing supportive and valuable employment opportunities for people who have experienced mental health issues. We would encourage any applicants to disclose mental health issues to enable both parties to discuss the right level of induction and support into the role. This does not mean that we will automatically assume that someone with a mental health need will need more support and time off than someone who does not. Disclosure of a mental health need will not affect your chances of interview or employment.
Cloverleaf Advocacy also use the "Positive about Disabled People" Mark.
This means we have made a commitment;
- to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a job vacancy and to consider them on their abilities
- to discuss with disabled employees, at any time but at least once a year, what both parties can do to make sure disabled employees can develop and use their abilities
- to make every effort when employees become disabled to make sure they stay in employment
- to take action to ensure that all employees develop the appropriate level of disability awareness needed to make these commitments work
- to review these commitments each year and assess what has been achieved, plan ways to improve on them and let employees and Jobcentre Plus know about progress and future plans
